Delete your Habit Ledger account

Accounts are optional. If you never signed in, StillCFO has no copy of your data; deleting the app removes it from your phone.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Habit Ledger and go to Settings → Account.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

This immediately removes your account, every login (Apple and Google), every signed-in device, and the synced copy of your data from our servers, and revokes Sign in with Apple. The habits already on your phone stay there until you delete the app.

Without the app

Email support@habitledger.app from any address with the subject "Delete my Habit Ledger account" and tell us which login you used (Apple or Google). We'll confirm with you and delete the account and all its data within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What is deleted

• Your account ID and the Apple/Google sign-in IDs linked to it
• The list of signed-in devices
• The synced copy of your app data (habits, check-ins, notes, settings, buddy)

Purchase records are kept by Apple or Google (and RevenueCat, which verifies them) as required for billing and taxes. Subscriptions are canceled in your App Store or Google Play account, not by deleting your Habit Ledger account.
